How long is the guarantee of the jewellery?

Samsara jewellery is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. After this period we provide restringing and overall service at a reasonable fee. Please e-mail your enquiry or phone us for a quotation.

What is the Samsara Guarantee?

Each piece of Samsara jewellery is supplied with its own luxurious jewellery box and leaves the premises accompanied by its very own International Guarantee Card. This card carries a guarantee of quality and craftsmanship, and is your assurance that your purchase is an authentic piece of Samsara jewellery.

What is Samsara’s return and exchange policy?

At Samsara Jewellery we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy on any item purchased, excluding custom-made orders. Our conditions for a return or exchange are as follows:

• The returned purchase must be in its original condition (i.e. not scuffed, scratched, marked or worn in any way) as at the point of sale, including all packaging & transaction receipt.
• The purchase must be returned within the return/exchange policy time limit.

• The purchase was not a special order made at the client’s request with specific details (i.e. custom work).
• The item has not been adjusted or changed in any way by a third party.

We will happily accept the return or exchange of the item if these conditions are met. You may either select another item to exchange, or alternatively we will issue you with an in-store credit note if you find nothing suitable at the time.

How can Samsara jewellery be fitted?

We aim to provide you with personalized service, and we will help you purchase jewellery that fits to your size. Please contact your local Samsara representative.

Can I design my own bracelet?

Yes, it is possible to design your own Samsara bracelet using our online designing tool. Please contact your local Samsara representative for more details.

How will the products I buy be packaged?

All Samsara jewellery is packaged in a professional customized box.
